I just designed what I believe is the best emergency kit.
Any Questions? You can contact me at ontariotactical@gmail.com
I think this is the perfect emergency kit for all situations—You’re going to get top-tier quality without breaking the bank.
It’s extremely versatile, you can use it as a:
-
A Get Home Bag for navigating short-term emergencies.
-
A Bug Out Bag to help you evacuate in times of crisis.
-
A Vehicle Emergency Kit for roadside preparedness.
-
An all purpose Survival Kit
------
Please keep in my mind that colors of items may vary depending on availability
Let’s Go Over All The Kit Contents:
Low profile backpack - I chose a simple looking backpack so it doesn’t stand out and doesn’t draw attention to you.
You could have this in your car, under your desk at work, or you could have this on you in an emergency, it won’t be out of place, and no one will think it’s filled with expensive survival gear.
Anyone who understands emergency preparedness knows that a tactical super cool camo backpack is a bad idea in daily life and during an emergency.
It will make you a target for people who aren’t prepared themselves and need supplies.
SOL All Season Blanket - This is an extremely durable blanket that will keep you warm, there are homeless people and survivalists who have used these for years in urban and rural environments to keep them alive. This can even be used to carry 100 pounds of wood.
SOL Survival Blanket - These are much better than the tiny tearable mylar blankets you get in every cheap survival blanket.
I’ve used these to keep myself warm and my little sister has as well.
Tarp - This can act as a shelter cover, a ground sheet, a blanket, and so much more.
Remember, the kits that others will sell you will only have 1 tin foil blanket, I’m giving you much better options, a SOL blanket, a tarp and a large all season blanket as well.
Contractor Bag - It’s durable and multi purpose. You can use it as a sleeping bag and stuff it with leaves to keep warm.
You can cover your stuff with it to keep it from getting wet.
You can carry food and supplies in it.
You can use it as a ground sheet, a shelter and turn it into a rain poncho.
So now that’s 4 forms of warmth / shelter, these big companies can’t and won’t care about your survival as much as I do.
6 Food rations - You get 6 food rations that have a 15 year shelf life unlike the 5 year shelf life rations you see everywhere else.
They also have a lot of vitamins that your body needs.
Water Filter Straw - Just use this to drink straight from a water source and it will filter the water, making it safe to drink. I use this same one.
Canteen Kit - You get a canteen so you can carry water and a metal canteen cup so you can boil water and cook food. ( fill the canteen up before you put it in your pack )
Adventure Medical .9 First aid kit - This is the only store bought first aid kit I would ever use, it’s filled with high quality, practical medical items.
Ask any survival expert, check any top 10 survival first aid kit lists and this will be on there.
It’s not just for little cuts and scrapes, it’s good for even major injuries.
It’s an expensive first aid kit on its own.
First aid kit contents:
Wound Closure Strips, Pkg./10, 1" x 10 yds. Tape, (5) 1" x 3" Easy Access Bandages, (3) Knuckle Easy Access Bandages, 3" Conforming Gauze Bandage, (4) 3" x 3" Sterile Gauze Dressing Pad, Pkg./2, (2) 2" x 2" Sterile Gauze Dressing Pad, Pkg./2, (2) 3" x 4" Sterile Non-Adherent Dressing, 2" Elastic Bandage with Hook & Loop Closure, 5" x 9" Trauma Pad, (2) Skin Tac Topical Adhesive Wipe, (6) Antiseptic Wipe, (3) After Bite Bite & Sting Relief Wipe, Irrigation Syringe, 10cc. with 18 Gauge Tip, Cotton Tip Applicator, Pkg./2, Pair Nitrile Gloves, Pre Cut & Shaped Moleskin, 28 Pieces, (2) GlacierGel Blister & Burn Dressing, Splinter Picker/Tick Remover Forceps, (3) Safety Pin, 2" x 26" Duct Tape
Work Gloves - High quality gloves to protect your hands, if your hands get cut up in an urban or rural survival situation, it will be very difficult to survive.
Duct Tape - Such an important item in a survival situation, everything from repairs, shelter building, emergency wound closure and much more.
I’m surprised at how many companies don’t put this in their survival kits.
50 ft. of Paracord - Emergency repairs, building shelters, securing gear and much more.
With this and the duct tape, you have 2 forms of cordage.
Fishing Kit - You need to have multiple ways to get food in case it becomes a long term situation, so a fishing kit is essential.
Another item that other sites overlook in their survival kit because they aren’t knowledgable and it just adds extra cost for them.
Headlamp - Very convenient for navigating at night and since it's a headlamp, you can go hands-free and hold anything else you need to.
It uses 3 AAA batteries, not included due to shipping restrictions.
Flashlight - It’s not one of the cheap 99 cent flashlights, this one is very good quality, I’ve had mine for many years with no issues.
It’s a good back up option for your headlamp.
This flashlight is with me every single day.
Uses 3 AAA batteries, not included
Flint Striker - A waterproof, long lasting, tried and true method for starting fires.
Cotton Balls - Useful as a fire starting tinder ( coat them in vaseline when you get it to improve it a lot )
NOAA Radio - It has a flashlight, a built in charger, its hand crank and it gives emergency alerts…Essential!
Folding Saw - An indispensable piece of gear for getting wood quickly and efficiently to make fires and build shelters.
Bushman Knife - A fixed blade, full tang knife that you can be rough with and it can still last a lifetime.
This has been my bushcraft knife of choice for a very long time.
It comes with the sheath and attached belt clip
It also has an extra flint striker in the sheath as a backup fire starter to your main
Wipes - A must have when showers and other means of staying clean aren’t available.
3 x Face Masks - Essential when there could be a large fire nearby or any other air quality issues.
Compass - A high quality compass, not the cheap button compasses that don’t work.
Add your own local map with this for navigation.
Even if you don’t have a map in your kit, it still helps you maintain a consistent direction so you’re not walking around in circles.
Which is very easy in the woods when everything looks basically the same.
SAS Survival Guide - If you’re in a survival situation you can reference this and it will give you essential info you need to survive.
It’s so easy to forget things and panic, this book will help you alot.
I suggest you read it at least once rather than just think you’ll pull it out when an emergency actually happens.
------
I hand picked every single item, tested them myself, and I also made sure they had great reviews.
Most of these items I’ve been using myself for many years.
This is the emergency kit I will keep at home, at work and in my vehicle for emergencies.
This is the kit I would use myself and give to my mom, my dad, my sister and my brother.
The problem with a lot of other kits online is that they are around $100 but filled with cheap 99 cent items from overseas.
The other side of this is that there are kits that are wildly overpriced, like upwards of $900.
Made by big companies who are out of touch with the average person and their financial situation.
With some of the cheap kits, a lot of these companies are counting on the fact that you may never have to use it so you won’t know how cheap the quality is.
Or if a really major disaster happens, even if their kit falls apart you won’t be able to contact them.
I actually expect you to test these items now on your outdoor adventures, I’m confident you’ll be very happy with the quality.
I expect you to use this after your car breaks down, a disaster evacuation or a total societal collapse and I'm very confident that you will be able to survive your emergency.
Think of it like this, it isn’t the Nissan Versa or the kia forte of emergency kits, so as to say, it’s not the cheapest one that’s just enough to get the job done.
It’s also not the ferrari or lamborghini of emergency kits meaning it's not extremely overpriced and impractical.
Think of it more like the ford f150, jeep wrangler or toyota pickup of emergency kits.
It’s at a mid range in price, it doesn’t look out of place in urban environments but it will also function very well in rural environments.
It will do whatever you need it to do, it’s multi purpose, it’s durable and it’ll last you a very long time.
------
Now I don’t suggest you buy it right away, I don’t want to sell it to someone who buys it because they saw this video.
Take your time, go look at everyone else's emergency kits, take a week if you have to.
Or copy my items and make it yourself.
If anyone provides a kit with the same quality at a better price, buy it from them.
Don’t buy my kit until you are 100% sure and completely convinced that this is the best kit you can buy at this price.
I’m very confident in my kit, I know so many of you are looking for a kit that isn’t cheap quality but isn’t overpriced at the same time.
You want the best value for your money and want one kit with premium gear that will get you through almost any emergency.
I truly believe you’ll have peace of mind when you own this kit and you won’t regret purchasing it.
